Overview

Elizabeth provides legal counsel in all aspects of business transactions and across a wide variety of industries including manufacturing, life sciences, agribusiness, and arts and entertainment.

Her experience includes drafting and negotiating of variety of complex commercial agreements including purchase and sale of goods agreements, exclusive and nonexclusive manufacturing and supply agreements, services contracts, distribution and sales matters, terms and conditions, licensing, and confidentiality agreements. In addition to her commercial work, she assists clients with initial entity formation, sales and purchases of businesses, financing, and other corporate governance and compliance matters.

Elizabeth brings four years of in-house experience to provide practical and business-focused legal advice. Prior to joining Fredrikson, Elizabeth served as associate corporate counsel for a registered securities and commodities exchange where she represented the company in two of its primary business units: designated contract market with its futures and options products and commercial real estate holdings.
