Introduction
Matt Graham is a shareholder in Fredrikson & Byron’s Intellectual Property and Patents Groups. He assists clients with obtaining U.S. and international patents primarily in chemical and mechanical technologies, including clients in the biological and industrial coating, medical device, plastic, ceramic, glass processing, construction, and food industries. He also assists clients with strategically addressing their competitors’ intellectual property, including opinions, design-arounds, and agreements, and supports the firm’s Intellectual Property Litigation Group in patent disputes.
