Introduction
Mark is the chair of the Trusts & Estates Group. He focuses on tax and estate planning for individuals and families and succession planning for owners of closely held businesses. Mark’s specific areas of expertise are estate and tax planning, including the preparation of wills, trusts, and related documents; charitable gift planning and administration of charitable entities; estate and trust administration; estate tax and gift tax controversies; and advising individuals and businesses on a variety of general corporate and commercial matters.
