Introduction
John is a shareholder and member of the firm’s Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups.
John represents corporations, financial institutions, and individuals in all aspects of the management, purchase, sale, and financing of their businesses. He has extensive experience in handling business issues of any kind as well as managing large transactions and disputes involving complex intellectual property, tax, environmental, and other business challenges.
John serves as external general counsel to many of the clients involved in these transactions in which he first worked for them, and manages Fredrikson’s relationship with these clients for the entire range of their legal services needs. John has negotiated agreements and resolved disagreements for clients and other parties in the United States, Europe, and the Far East.
