Introduction
Lori-Ann Jones is an associate in the firm’s Employment & Labor Law and Litigation Groups. She focuses her practice on workers’ compensation, OSHA contests and trials, and general tort matters. Lori-Ann has experience taking plaintiff and employee depositions, physician depositions, representing clients in Administrative Hearings, as well as drafting pleadings and motions, including summary judgment motions. Lori-Ann has second-chaired two trials, tried workers’ compensation cases, and written numerous pre-trial memorandums and appellant briefs.
