Natalie is a shareholder practicing in the area of Intellectual Property Law with an emphasis in patent prosecution and client counseling. Natalie is a registered patent attorney and focuses her practice in the areas of electronics, computer software and hardware, Internet, e-commerce, telecommunications and medical devices.
Natalie has significant experience in opining on infringement and validity issues in the electrical and mechanical arts and conducting due diligence investigations. In addition, Natalie has experience in the reexamination and reissue of patents.
