Introduction

Eric is an officer in the Corporate, Securities, Corporate Governance & Investigations, and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. He represents public and private companies in general corporate and business matters, including distribution, licensing and other commercial matters, strategic alliances, and securities law compliance. Eric advises boards of directors of public and private companies with respect to fiduciary duties and other matters. He represents issuers and underwriters in capital formation transactions, including venture capital funding, private placements, and public offerings. He also represents public and private companies in merger, acquisition, and disposition transactions.
