Mia is a senior associate in Fredrikson & Byron’s Intellectual Property Group. She is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Her practice focuses on patent prosecution and litigation support of patents in the chemical, biological and medical device areas. Her work also includes trademark, copyright and international patent laws. In addition, Mia is a member of the Food, Drug & Medical Device Group.
