Introduction

Yan is a Chinese Associate in Fredrikson & Byron’s China Group. She has experience in foreign direct investment in China and general corporate issues, such as the establishment and operation of WFOEs and Representative Offices in China for foreign companies. She has experience in FCPA/Compliance training and investigations for western companies including Fortune 100 and 500 entities. Yan also has experience working with business acquisitions, foreign investments in real estate, construction projects, international trade, and greenfield investment projects.

Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Yan was an attorney at JunZeJun Law Offices, one of the oldest and largest Chinese law firms.
