Introduction

Amanda is an associate in Fredrikson & Byron’s Mergers and Acquisitions Group. Her practice includes assisting clients with a variety of corporate transactions, including all aspects of public and private offerings of securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions and other business issues. 

Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Amanda was a law clerk for Justice Christopher Dietzen of the Minnesota Supreme Court.
