Introduction
Peter is an associate in Fredrikson & Byron’s Intellectual Property Group. As an attorney, his experience includes working as a compliance officer for a large medical device company, representing the compliance management department during regulatory audits and conducting compliance investigations. As an associate for a Minneapolis law firm, he has experience preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign patent applications.
Peter offers his clients a unique legal perspective; prior to becoming a lawyer, he worked as a senior engineering consultant for an international firm, and as an engineer for the aerospace and automotive industries, including work on Air Force Two. Peter understands the complexities of the regulatory environment that exists in the private sector and uses this knowledge to serve his clients more effectively.
