Introduction
Neil is an officer and shareholder of Fredrikson & Byron. Corporate, commercial and business planning, including acquisitions and business planning for public and closely held corporations, are Neil’s main areas of practice. He has extensive experience in advising businesses, many of them in the health care industry, on a broad range of business and legal issues. Neil is a member of the firm’s Corporate and Health Law Groups.
Neil was an adjunct professor at the University of Minnesota where he taught income taxation for four years. In 1990, he co-wrote the Business Organizations chapters of MINNESOTA METHODS OF PRACTICE, a reference work published by West Publishing Co. Neil has been active in business law legislative reform and is a former Chairperson of the Business Law Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association.
