Introduction
Patricia is a senior paralegal in Fredrikson & Byron’s Intellectual Property Group and brings 15 years of intellectual property experience to the table. She focuses on protecting and supervising intellectual property rights; domestic and international prosecution and maintenance of trademark applications and registrations; clearance trademark searching, due diligence, related searching and analysis; handling negotiations concerning trademark settlement agreements and related matters. Her corporate background, as well as her acting as a registered agent for the entire State of Minnesota for over six years, has proven beneficial in trademark transactions.
