Introduction
Madelyn is a senior paralegal in Fredrikson & Byron’s Intellectual Property Group. She primarily works with the attorneys and clients in drafting, filing, and prosecuting both U.S. and foreign patent applications. Madelyn also performs patent assignment and patent family research. She also has experience filing U.S. and foreign trademark applications.
