Sjur Midness Joins Fredrikson & Byron
Minneapolis, MN July 22, 2011 – – Sjur Midness is an officer practicing in the firm’s Bank & Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity groups. He represents a wide range of clients in financing transactions and mergers and acquisitions, including private equity firms, agents, borrowers, lenders, and opportunity funds.
