MEET PAM.
MEET PAM

People ask what makes me a good lawyer…I come from a big Italian family with no shortage of stubbornness and strong will. Thus, at an early age I learned how to negotiate and persuade to get my way.”
General Bio

Introduction

Pam is an associate in Fredrikson & Byron’s Employment & Labor Law Group. She assists clients in a variety of non-compete/employment contract cases, as well as cases involving workers’ compensation, discrimination, compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and other areas of risk assessment and management. Pam also has experience representing employers in the defense of employment-related actions, including wage and hour, personnel policies, FMLA, Title VII, Minnesota Human Rights Act, ADA, ADEA, ERISA, OSHA, and NLRA.

Pam has worked for former federal prosecutor Hank Shea at the Holloran Center for Ethical Leadership in the Professions, part of the University of St. Thomas School of Law, on a unique ethics education initiative involving “lessons learned” presentations by white-collar offenders--including former lawyers, CEOs, CFOs, and other executives.

Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Pam worked as a law clerk for the United States Attorney’s Office for the District of Minnesota, working primarily on human trafficking and child exploitation policy initiatives.
