Introduction
Steve is the chair of the firm’s Health Law Group. His practice focuses on advising hospitals, physicians and payors on a variety of business planning topics, and emphasizes health care integration, joint ventures, medical staff matters, provider contracting and clinic mergers and acquisitions.
Steve is a frequent speaker and panelist for professional and industrial groups on Health Law. He has written and lectured widely on topics of interest to the health care industry.
