Introduction
Ryan is a senior associate in Fredrikson & Byron’s Corporate, Securities, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Energy Groups.
His corporate and securities practice involves assisting clients with a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including all aspects of public and private offerings of securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions. Ryan has significant experience advising publicly-traded companies and their boards on SEC reporting and compliance, corporate governance, strategic acquisitions and financings. Ryan regularly advises clients on entity formation, state corporate and securities law matters, as well as broker/dealer and other FINRA issues. Ryan also has experience working with wind energy and biofuels producers on entity formation, development and financing transactions, as well as compliance and permitting issues.
