Introduction

Harleigh is a shareholder in Fredrikson & Byron’s Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, International, and Securities Groups.

Harleigh’s corporate and securities practice involves assisting clients with a wide range of corporate finance transactions, including all aspects of public and private offerings of securities, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He also advises clients on entity formation, state corporate law matters and corporate governance issues.

Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Harleigh served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Donovan W. Frank of the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.
