Introduction

Caroline practices in the area of intellectual property law. Her practice focuses on trademarks, including trademark clearance, prosecution, maintenance and enforcement in the U.S. and abroad, negotiating and preparing trademark licenses, customs recordation in the U.S., and conducting intellectual property due diligence. Her particular expertise is in the area of domain names and the Internet where she counsels clients with respect to domain name and online disputes, including preparation and prosecution of complaints under the Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy.
