Introduction

Katie is a senior associate with Fredrikson & Byron’s Real Estate and Energy Groups. Katie is an MSBA Board Certified Real Property Specialist and assists Fredrikson’s Real Estate clients with a variety of commercial and residential transactions, including the acquisition, development, construction, leasing and financing of properties. As part of the Energy Group, Katie focuses on wind farm siting issues, including drafting and reviewing wind energy lease and easement agreements.

Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Katie worked as a law clerk in the Hennepin County Attorney’s Office and as an investment banking analyst at Goldman Sachs in New York City.
