Representative Experience
- Pete successfully represented homeowners in a court trial against an association that attempted to use vague and arbitrary architectural control guidelines to prevent construction of the homeowners’ dream house. The trial court Judge concluded that the homeowners were entitled to build their home and awarded the homeowners a substantial portion of their attorneys’ fees.
- Pete represented a lender in a foreclosure action against fifty-two defendants involving twenty-one parcels of real property with substantial and complex title defects. Pete successfully prosecuted the foreclosure to completion and cleaned-up the title such that the real property involved is now developable real estate.
