Introduction
Chris Dolan is Chair of Fredrikson & Byron’s Real Estate Law Group. As a shareholder, his practice focuses on the acquisition, development, construction, leasing, and financing of commercial property. Chris also assists clients with loan workouts, foreclosures, and environmental compliance. He regularly represents developers in the acquisition and leasing of retail developments. This work includes retail centers anchored by Target Corporation. Chris also has substantial experience in drafting and negotiating retail leases for national restaurant and grocery operators. He is a frequent lecturer at real estate seminars.
