Introduction
Katie is a senior associate with Fredrikson & Byron’s Health Law Group. She devotes a substantial portion of her practice to advising physicians, clinics, hospitals, and medical device companies in general corporate matters and transactions. She has represented both buyers and sellers in stock purchases and asset purchases, and has assisted in the structuring and negotiating of mergers, joint ventures, and other strategic partnerships among health care entities. Katie also provides guidance to her clients on a variety of health law topics including regulatory compliance, Stark and antikickback issues, and Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement.
