Introduction
Lynn is an officer and shareholder practicing corporate, commercial, bank, and finance law. She concentrates in negotiating and documenting merger, acquisition, disposition, and restructuring transactions, as well as commercial loan, lease financing, and structured finance transactions.
Lynn has written and lectured on director and officer issues, secured lending transactions, trust originated preferred securities, and other topics.
Lynn has been recognized in the Woodward/White The Best Lawyers in America since 2001.
