Introduction

Sarah is an associate in Fredrikson & Byron’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Workouts Group. Sarah’s practice focuses mainly on reorganization or liquidation in chapter 11 bankruptcy. In this context, she has represented a wide range of debtors, including large corporations, franchisees, small businesses, and individuals. Sarah also works with creditors of debtors in bankruptcy on claim, preference, landlord/tenant, and contract issues.
