Introduction

David is a Shareholder, practicing in the Trusts & Estates and Trusts & Estates Litigation Groups. He has extensive experience in tax and estate planning for individuals and families. David’s work also focuses on succession planning for owners of closely-held businesses. His specific areas of expertise are estate, tax, and charitable planning. David’s practice includes the preparation of wills, trusts and related documents; charitable gift planning and administration of charitable trusts and foundations; estate and trust administration; estate and gift tax controversies; and business entity formation.

He also has experience in premarital planning; estate planning for couples with diversity of citizenship and other international issues, as well as the establishment of offshore entities.
