Introduction

Bill is an officer in the Trusts & Estates Group serving clients throughout North Dakota and Minnesota. His specific areas of practice include estate and tax planning for individuals (including the preparation of wills, trusts and related documents), oil & gas estate planning, business succession planning, as well as estate and trust administration.

Prior to attending law school, Bill served five years in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Supply Corps officer in the Western Pacific aboard the USS KING (DLG-10) and in New Orleans.
