Introduction
Paul is a member of Fredrikson & Byron’s Corporate & Commercial Group working primarily in corporate mergers and acquisitions, representing buyers and sellers of businesses. He also handles commercial foreclosures, corporate and real estate receiverships, cash collateral stipulations, loan workouts, documentation incidental to loan workouts and other matters involving secured creditors and distressed businesses.
