Introduction

Tom practices in the area of corporate and business law and counsels clients in matters ranging from the formation of business entities, to negotiating and drafting a variety of commercial agreements, to developing and executing strategic business plans. He has been involved in many different forms of corporate transactions including organizations and reorganizations; commercial transactions; capitalization-debt and equity; strategic alliances/collaborations; management/owner buy-ins and buy-outs; acquisitions, mergers, and divestitures; joint ventures/collaborations; hiring and terminating employees; customer/vendor dispute resolutions; and succession planning and implementation.

Tom has extensive experience with a wide range of business entities from start-up companies to large, publicly held corporations, including the formation, organization, and capitalization of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. His experience as inside corporate counsel and as a business executive provides him with a unique perspective regarding the legal services clients expect.
