Introduction - Internet, Technology & E-Commerce Bio

Patrick is chair of the Latin America Practice Group.  He is also a member of Fredrikson & Byron’s Corporate, Mergers & Acquisitions, International Business Law and Internet, Technology & E-Commerce Groups. He works with e-business clients ranging from start-ups to mature businesses, assisting them with general corporate matters, funding and negotiating financing and raising capital, structuring agreements and protecting their intellectual property. Pat works with clients who are involved both in consumer and business to business e-business activities.
