Introduction
Mary is a shareholder and Chair of the Employment & Labor Law Group. She provides advice and training on all aspects of employment law including such topics as discrimination, harassment, disability accommodation, FMLA and other leaves of absence, hiring and firing, discipline, employee handbooks and policies, wage and hour issues, and unemployment compensation. She drafts affirmative action plans, drug and alcohol testing policies, employment contracts, and non-competition and confidentiality agreements. Mary also provides harassment prevention and other employment-related training for managers, supervisors, and employees.
