Introduction
Keith is a leading corporate merger, acquisitions, and finance lawyer. He represents several major public companies as well as numerous venture stage and medium-sized private companies. Well versed in international business, Keith has been involved in major deals in national and international markets, including Europe, Mexico, and South Africa. He also has extensive experience advising banks and financial institutions. Keith is Chairman Emeritus of Fredrikson & Byron. He is on the Boards of several corporations, and has served as General Counsel of several trade organizations.
