Warren is an officer and shareholder of Fredrikson & Byron practicing principally in corporate, tax, aviation, and health law. Warren has represented manufacturers and sellers in the aviation industry, as well as corporations purchasing and managing airplanes for over 30 years. Warren is an active pilot flying both a twin engine pressurized plane and sea plane. He is an active member of the Minnesota aviation community and has also written about aviation. Warren has a broad range of experience dealing with the regulatory environment and the business and tax issues relating to the purchase, sale, management, and operation of airplanes. His clients rely on him to help them maximize tax advantages, minimize liability issues, and avoid regulatory and contractual disputes.
