Introduction

Jody is a staff attorney in Fredrikson & Byron’s Oil and Gas and Real Estate Groups. Her practice focuses on oil and gas title examination, including the preparation of drilling and division order title opinions. Jody works closely with our Bismarck, North Dakota office. 

Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Jody practiced as an associate attorney at a law firm in Plymouth, Minnesota, where she focused on real estate, civil litigation and business law.
