Introduction
Keri is a senior associate in Fredrikson & Byron’s Franchise, Litigation, Intellectual Property Litigation, and Insurance Coverage Litigation groups. Keri regularly assists clients with franchise regulatory and compliance issues. Keri also has experience as a general commercial litigator. Her experience ranges from collections matters and breach of contract cases to non-competition disputes and shareholder fights. She’s also worked on a variety of copyright and trademark disputes.
