Introduction

John is a shareholder and chairperson of the firm’s Compensation Planning and Employee Benefits Group. He advises individuals, unincorporated businesses, large and small closely held and public corporations, and nonprofit organizations on matters relating to compensation planning and employee benefits; design and maintenance of qualified pension, profit sharing, and employee stock ownership plans; design and preparation of nonqualified deferred compensation arrangements; and health, life, and other welfare benefit arrangements and flexible benefit plans.
