David is an of counsel attorney in Fredrikson & Byron’s Litigation Group. He has extensive expertise in representing businesses affected by eminent domain (the taking of private property by the government for the development of public projects). David has more than 30 years experience as a trial lawyer.

He is a frequent speaker for continuing education programs on eminent domain and related topics.
