Introduction

Ryan Murphy is a shareholder in Fredrikson & Byron, P.A.’s Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Workouts; Litigation; and Private Equity & Venture Capital Groups. Ryan practices principally in the area of business reorganization, including out-of-court workouts, chapter 11 bankruptcy, receiverships, creditors’ remedies, and related commercial litigation such as fraudulent transfers. He also represents debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy cases, and works with banks and other financial institutions on UCC issues. Ryan’s skills range from advising businesses and individuals during complex restructurings to litigating intricate business disputes.
