Introduction
Sean is a senior associate with Fredrikson & Byron’s Securities, Corporate, and Mergers & Acquisitions Groups. He assists both private and public companies with a variety of matters, including Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance, public and private offerings of securities, proxy solicitations, mergers and acquisitions, and other general business issues. Sean also advises clients on entity formation, state corporate law and securities law matters, and corporate governance issues.
