Introduction
Tim is a senior associate at Fredrikson & Byron. His practice focuses on assisting corporations as well as private equity, venture capital, and hedge funds with a broad range of matters including public and private offerings of securities, mergers and acquisitions, and compliance with Securities and Exchange Commission regulations. He also provides advice regarding private fund formation and the regulation of broker-dealers and investment advisers.
Projects that Tim has worked on include initial public offerings, private securities offerings, the drafting of SEC periodic reports and other SEC filings, the acquisition and sale of public and private companies, secondary market purchases and sales of private equity fund interests, and the formation of private equity funds.
Prior to practicing law, Tim worked as a securities trader in the investment banking division of a global bank and also worked at a hedge fund.
