Zach Olson is a senior associate attorney with Fredrikson & Byron’s Energy Group. Zach focuses on financing and other corporate matters regarding wind, solar, and ethanol developments and biomass companies. He also provides assistance regarding transmission, network and distribution upgrades, and interconnection under the Midwest Independent Transmission System Operator tariff. Zach provides clients with securities and financing knowledge related to SEC and state securities law compliance and registration exemptions, along with the best alternatives and solutions for development financing.
