Introduction

David is an associate in our Energy, Oil & Gas, and Real Estate Groups. His practice focuses on title examination and oil and gas law. David has depth of experience in a wide variety of litigation and transactional matters. He has practiced in the areas of energy, real estate, business, contracts, construction law, torts, employment discrimination, constitutional law, and other civil law and litigation. David has represented many diverse clients, including individuals, corporations, and state and local governments. He has represented clients in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate levels. David works in our Bismarck, North Dakota office.
