Introduction
Anne is a partner in the firm, and a member of the Employment, Litigation and International Law Group. Her practice involves advising employers, management individuals, and officers and directors in all areas of employment and personnel practice, including hiring practices, termination, compensation, background checks, drug and alcohol testing, personnel policies, executive and other employment, noncompetition, and confidentiality agreements, affirmative action, shareholder/employee issues, and harassment and other EEO investigations. Anne also advises U.S. companies in employment and personnel matters for operations outside U.S. borders. She has defended employers in litigation before federal and state courts involving the full range of employment issues, including harassment, disability, age and other discrimination, wrongful discharge, contract, noncompetition, trade secret, defamation, and whistleblower claims, as well as shareholder-related litigation. Anne regularly practices before administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the U.S. Department of Labor, as well as related state and local agencies. Anne speaks frequently to professional and business groups on employment and international employment issues.
