Introduction

Kevin is an associate in Fredrikson & Byron’s White Collar & Regulatory Defense, Health Care Fraud & Compliance, and Commercial Litigation Groups. He represents clients in a wide range of civil, regulatory, and white collar criminal matters. Kevin was recognized as a 2011 “Minnesota Attorney of the Year” by Minnesota Lawyer magazine.

  • Successfully represented the beneficiary of a multi-million dollar trust in high-profile litigation against the trustees.
