Introduction
Simon is a business lawyer and advisor with a breadth of experience in corporate matters having completed over 100 mergers, acquisitions, financings, joint ventures, and other business transactions for clients, including both traditional and complex transactions. Simon’s business experience before he became a lawyer, as well as his graduate and undergraduate degrees in business, help him focus on understanding client needs and achieving his client’s business goals efficiently and effectively. Simon also advises business clients on commercial matters.
