Introduction

Chuck is a Shareholder in our Intellectual Property Group and chairs the Patents and IP Due Diligence, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Strategic Assessments Groups. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. His practice focuses on patent preparation and prosecution, litigation, and licensing. His practice also focuses on trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and unfair competition. Prior to practicing law, Chuck was a data network engineer and project manager for the Federal Reserve Systems’ national data communications network.
