Introduction

Marc is a staff attorney in Fredrikson & Byron’s Oil and Gas and Real Estate Groups. His practice focuses on oil and gas title examination, including the preparation of drilling and division order title opinions. Marc works closely with our Bismarck, North Dakota office.

Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Marc practiced as an associate attorney at a law firm in greater Minnesota where he focused on civil litigation, real estate, and business law. Marc has experience working directly with clients on matters relating to residential real estate transactions, boundary disputes, quiet title and mechanic’s lien litigation, title searches and examinations, and drafting title opinions.
