Introduction

David is an associate in Fredrikson & Byron’s Litigation Group. He focuses on employment and health litigation, representing both companies and individuals. David has argued in both federal and state court, and represents physicians and other health professionals for administrative proceedings and investigations involving the Board of Medical Practice and Minnesota Department of Health.

A Minnesota native, prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, David worked as a terrorism analyst for a Washington D.C. consulting firm.

  • Assisted in securing dismissal for physician investigated by Board of Medical Practice.
  • Secured favorable settlement for health practitioner investigated by Minnesota Department of Health.
  • Won $80,000 default judgment against investment manager involved in dispute with physician.
