Introduction

Rich practices in the International Law Group at Fredrikson & Byron assisting clients in international business transactions. His practice focuses on international joint ventures, partnerships, mergers, acquisitions, distributorships, licensing, franchising, contract matters and customs regulations. He is fluent in French, Spanish, and Italian and reads Portuguese.

Prior to joining Fredrikson & Byron, Rich practiced in Puerto Rico, at an Italian firm in New York City and an American firm in Brussels.
